Two exciting things happened today:  

Our dear friends, the Higashi's, presented Mary and I with candy lei's for our graduation.  We brought them along on our trip to eat and, although we loved all the candy, Hi-Chew's were our favorite.  We were so sad to have finished our last package when, low and behold, we stopped into a gas station and found that they sold Hi-Chew's!! It was a very exciting moment.  We got Mango flavored and Daniel got Melon.  Manna from Heaven.  We're hooked!

Then...actually, previously, Daniel broke his trusted belt. It was terrible.  RIP, old friend.  You've treated and served him well.
