Blessings

I had been craving a doughnut, badly.  No place had them except for this one little shop that we found.  But, alas, when we pulled up it we noticed that it was closed.  Mary ran to the door to see if the woman working would open it, but she wouldn't.  As Mary got back in and sat in her car, we looked over and there was the woman, waving us in.  She told us she would sell us a doughnut, but would only accept cash.  Sadly, we told her we had no cash and began to exit the shop defeated once again.  But then, she turned and said that she would allow us to follow her into the back, take as many doughnuts that were left, and fill a box.  She was an angel and displayed such an example of kindness that I was overwhelmed.  Many thanks to her, Joanna, for the gift of doughnuts and kindness.
